ABOUT TAWNY
An avid athlete competing at elite levels, Tawny learned at a young age the basic principles of motivation and leadership. Carrying a passion for the mechanics of intrinsic drive, she further honed her knowledge as an Olympic Development Coach, Corporate Wilderness Instructor, Corporate Trainer for one of the largest healthcare systems in Denver, Human Resources and Organization Development Director, and Professional Organizational Development Consultant.
Dynamic and results-driven with demonstrated success in developing high performing teams, Tawny understands the many facets of driving human achievement within all levels of an organization, from executive decision-making and one-on-one coaching to quality service initiatives and performance improvement, to team-building and effective management.
